Things people usually ask

What happens when I run out of credits?

Upgrade your plan, buy a top-up pack, or wait for the next reset. Free users get 3 anonymous searches reset daily. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Plan. Access continues until the end of your current billing period and unused credits stay usable through that window.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We do not store uploaded images beyond the active search session. Shareable result links expire after 7 days. Payment is processed by Stripe under PCI DSS Level 1.

What is the API plan?

Programmatic access to the same engine the web uses. You get an API key, monthly credits, REST endpoints, and rate limits. Documented in your dashboard once you subscribe.

Do credits expire?

Subscription credits roll over within an active subscription. Top-up credits stay on your account for 12 months from purchase.
